This broth has the nutritional benefits of bone broth with the natural ingredients such as collagen, minerals, hyaluronic acid, essential amino acids, and essential amino acids. By adding Reishi Mushrooms, Shiitake Mushrooms and Lions Mane we have the added immune boosting and brain boosting benefits.

Mushroom Bone Broth with Buckwheat Noodles

2 litres water; 3 Tbsp Best of the Bone Broth Organic Healing Mushroom Blend; 50gm sliced ginger; 3 sliced spring onions; 100g sliced mushrooms; 1 sliced carrot; 1 bunch bok choy; 250gm Spiral Buckwheat Soba Noodles,Toasted Sesame Oil.

Directions: Bring water boil add bone broth, sliced ginger, spring onions and carrot. Simmer for 25 minutes then add sliced mushrooms and bok choy, cooking for 1 minute. In a separate saucepan add noodles simmering for 10 minutes, strain and divide among bowls. Ladle broth over noodles and top with Toasted Sesame Oil.
