New Zealand Manuka honey has long been valued for its unique properties and used to relieve cough in children, and traditionally in naturopathic medicine as a demulcent to soothe the throat. Echinacea has a tradition of use in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve cold symptoms and reduce the duration of mild upper respiratory tract infections. Propolis is a rich source of active bioflavonoids, which have well known antioxidant properties.

ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE: Take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) every three to four hours, up to 40mL daily. For mild upper respiratory tract infections, take at the onset of symptoms.
