Boswellia serrata is useful for the treatment of joint aches and associated pain from arthritis.

Boswellia is widely used as an anti-inflammatory and to relieve pain.

Boswellic acid can prevent the formation of leukotrienes in the body identified as a cause of inflammation.

Dosage

Adults only: Take 1-3 capsules daily with water. Traditional Ayurvedic indications minimum 1 capsule daily. Traditional Chinese indications minimum 3 capsules daily.
