A very tasty continental style dark rye bread. It produces a loaf with a distinct rye flavour and when mixed with sunflower kernels will give you the tastiest bread you have ever eaten.
Dark Rye Bread mix can be made by hand or in a bread machine. Flour to water ratio is important when using a bread machine- so weigh the mix and measure the water accurately. Add a portion of Dark Rye to any flour or bread mix recipe to provide a lovely rye flavour.
