MEET OUR PRACTITIONERS

Katie Urbanik - Naturopath
Katie Urbanik has been the practicing naturopath at Go Vita Batemans Bay for the past 21 years. As part of such a vibrant business, Katie has worked with hundreds of people, helping to improve health in areas great and small.
She uses herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle modification in the treatment of skin conditions, joint problems and to regulate immune function. These modalities are used to improve mood and hormone health. She specialises in weight-loss programs and detox programs, -to name a few areas of clinical experience.
As nutrition is a large part of Katie’s treatments, she has a great interest in sharing heathy food ideas with her clients. She favours a plant-based diet and has even written her own cookbook.
Katie has a very personalised approach; working with the person where they are at present, and then facilitating gradual, systematic and do-able changes; so that the desired results can be reached.
If you have any health concerns that you are keen to improve, we strongly encourage you to make an appointment with naturopath Katie Urbanik through Go Vita Batemans Bay, Ph: 44729737.
