Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

Bev Dunne

Mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in 1 litre of milk.

Stir regularly until chia seeds are mixed through and begin to expand and become gelatinous. It is important not to allow the seeds to lump together.

Add sweetener such as maple syrup, agave syrup or stevia.

Decant into jars or serving containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. When left overnight the pudding will become thicker which is the best result.

Once set top with chopped fruit, nuts, seeds and coconut. To change it up, you can also mix cacao powder when mixing the seeds into the milk.
