Increase Your Energy For Christmas

Increase Your Energy For Christmas

Bev Dunne

Christmas is approaching fast and maybe you’re already feeling tired just thinking about all you have to achieve before then. Well, maybe it’s time to bring in the big guns to combat this impending fatigue. That may mean supplementing with Moringa!!

I have often spoken about this product however there is a reason for this – it is amazing!! Plus, it is the perfect supplement for this time of the year. Why? Because it is believed to help

  • Increase energy
  • Detoxify plus alkalise the body
  • Promote good digestion
  • Boost the immune system
  • Assist with insomnia

Many years ago, after I began writing about Moringa we had many customers returning enthusiastically recounting the various benefits they had gained from Moringa. One of the most positive and common comments was that it had increased their energy levels. Moringa may boost our energy in a very natural and healthy way because it is an incredible source of nutrition. It is believed to be extremely nutrient dense. I include Moringa powder in my morning smoothie and find my energy and general feeling of wellbeing lasts throughout the day.

Moringa is so nutrition dense, it is used by international aid groups to help fight malnutrition in third world countries. The bonus is Moringa trees grow easily in subtropical climates and are often grown in these areas as a very economical way to increase nutrition in diets. In fact, it’s often grown in orphanages in third world countries to also supplement the diets of the children.

Of course, at this time of the year we also find we seem to eat and drink a little more, or for some, a lot more than usual. Moringa is a great supplement to help our body cope with these overindulgences as it may have the ability to detoxify the body, particularly the liver.

Also, at this time of the year we often find our digestive system comes under fire when we overindulge in all those foods we often avoid. Moringa acts as a prebiotic which means it encourages healthy gut flora plus it contains enzymes which promote good digestion.

Moringa is also very alkalising. We all know the negative effects on our health if our body becomes over acidic – arthritis, gout, weight gain, digestive disorders, osteoporosis to name a few. The classic foods which may often tip our bodies into an acidic state are meat, fish, poultry, grains, eggs, cheese, sugar, tea, coffee, and alcohol. I rest my case – we need as much help as we can get over the festive season to alkalise our bodies!!

Moringa may also help maintain a healthy immune system. How often do we get to the end of the year, go on holidays, and then come down with a cold or some other illness?

As exhausted as we may become with all the stress around the lead up to Christmas, often insomnia seems to go hand in hand with stress. Once again, one of the more frequent comments from customers when taking Moringa is its effectiveness in treating insomnia. Many customers had suffered from chronic insomnia and found Moringa helped them sleep.

Now you can see why I think Moringa is the perfect supplement for the festive season. The key to enjoying this time of the year is to be fit and healthy. It can be so easily spoiled if we feel exhausted and unwell. Moringa comes in both powder and capsules.
