Supergreens Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:
1 banana; ½ avocado; 1 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt; 1 tsp Biogenesis Berry Chlorella Powder; 2 tsp Go Vita Aust Barley Grass Powder. 
Method:
Combine ingredients in blender then spoon into a bowl. Top with your favourite alkalising fruits – mango, apple, watermelon, kiwi fruit or banana. Sprinkle with chopped Natural Road Almonds, Australian pumpkin seeds and Natural Road Sunflower Seeds. 
Note - although technically in nature yoghurt may be acidic, it doesn’t produce high levels of acid in our body.  In fact, yoghurt neutralises our stomach acid enabling our stomach to remain alkaline
