Watermelon Pineapple Alkalising Juice

When it comes to choosing an alkalising fruit for your morning juice, watermelon is one of the more alkaline fruits, together with apples, pineapples, bananas, lemons and kiwi fruit to name a few.  To kickstart your day, try a tasty alkalising juice using any of these fruits together with barley grass powder.  Adding hydrolysed collagen will also be beneficial for your joint health.


1 cup chopped watermelon, ½  cup chopped pineapple; 2 tsp Go Vita Australian Barley Grass Powder; 1 tsp Nutraviva Collagen Hydrolysate.

Juice watermelon and pineapple then add Barley Grass and Collagen mixing well.

I also add my BioGenesis Berry Chlorella powder to this juice for added health benefits.
