If diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, please seek medical advice. This probiotic is known to be safe for most children if taken at the proper dose. However, administer to children only under the guidance of your healthcare professional. We recommend probiotics be taken with food in order to optimise their effectiveness. When taken in conjunction with antibiotics, take probiotics at least 3-4 hours away from antibiotics and continue to take the probiotic for four weeks after the antibiotic course has finished.
