Beetroot Juice For Energy, Liver And Blood Pressure

Vegetables such as celery, garlic, and leafy green vegetables (kale, spinach, and romaine lettuce) are known to be rich in nitrates. The standout vegetable however is beetroot. This vegetable has been found to be an excellent source of dietary nitrate which is why I thought it appropriate this week to write about beetroot juice or beetroot powder.
