Each 5ml dose contains: Thiamine Hydrochloride (B1) 30mg (eq. 26.75mg Thiamine), Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate 6.85mg (eq. 5mg Riboflavin), Nicotinamide (B3) 50mg, Dexpanthenol (B5) 50mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6) 30mg (eq. 24.7mg Pyridoxine), Calcium Folinate 299mcg (eq. 215mcg Folinic Acid) Cyanocobalamin (B12) 215mcg, Choline Bitartrate 200mg, Ascorbic Acid 50mg, Biotin 30mcg, Inositol 125mg, Lysine Hydrochloride 50mg (eq. 40mg Lysine), Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate 13.7mg (eq. 5mg Zinc).

Contains Potassium Sorbate.No added salicylates, hydroxybenzoates, benzoates and sulfites. No artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners. No Gluten, dairy, soy and egg free. Vegan friendly. 

Adult dosage: Add 5ml to a glass of water or juice and consume with meals 1-2 daily.
