Dosage

Adults: Take one capsule with a meal and one glass (250ml) of water three times daily.

Capsicum annuum (Capsicum) fruit powder 475mg

No added: 

Yeast, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives.

Cautions

Not recommended with anticoagulants or antiplatelet medications such as warfarin.
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
