15-minute Mini Iridology consultation – Only $5

We’re delighted to welcome Sydney Naturopath Margaret Leedham, who will conduct iridology assessments. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain deeper insight into your overall health.

With over 25 years of experience, Margaret has guided thousands of clients toward sustainable wellness using an evidence-based, holistic approach.

Benefits of an iris check include:

  • Early insights into your health—spot imbalances before symptoms appear.
  • Holistic perspective—assessing the whole body, not just isolated symptoms.
  • Personalised guidance—tailored lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness advice.
  • Non-invasive and painless—simply examining the iris.
  • Supports prevention—encourages proactive steps for long-term wellbeing.
  • Identifies patterns—may reveal tendencies in digestion, stress, circulation, immunity, and more.

Health Checks & Weight Loss Advice – Only $5

Our 15-minute health checks with Naturopath Katie Urbanik are designed to help you refresh, reboot, and feel your best. During your session, you’ll complete three simple yet powerful tests:

  • Bio Impedance Analysis (BIA)
  • Zinc Test
  • Nitric Oxide

Why BIA matters:

Unlike ordinary scales, BIA uses a tiny electrical current to measure:

  • Body fat percentage
  • Muscle mass
  • Hydration levels
  • Bone mass
  • Visceral fat
  • Metabolic age

Why it’s important:

  • Focusing only on weight can be misleading. Muscle gain can offset fat loss, improving metabolism and long-term health.
  • Hydration affects concentration, memory, and energy; even mild dehydration can contribute to inflammation and oxidative stress.
  • Visceral fat is linked to serious conditions like cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes; reducing it can dramatically improve wellbeing.
  • Metabolic age helps you understand if your metabolism is “older” than your actual age, highlighting where you can reset your health.

Another simple and easy check is the Nitric Oxide Test. This quick, non-invasive test helps you find out if you’re getting enough dietary nitrates from the foods you eat. Many of us don’t get quite enough through our diet, and for some people, the body may no longer make the enzyme needed to turn these nutrients into Nitric Oxide.

Nitric Oxide is an important chemical messenger that helps your body in many ways — it supports healthy blood flow, lowers blood pressure, helps nerve cells communicate, boosts immunity and heart health, and improves how oxygen and nutrients circulate. It can even support muscle growth and strength.

The final check is the Zinc Test — a simple taste test that can show if your zinc levels are low. Low zinc can affect many aspects of your health, but the good news is it’s easy to correct with a supplement once you know where you stand.
