Address Your Sugar Cravings With Simple Measures

Bev Dunne
Sugar cravings are more than a lack of willpower. There is in fact a physiological reason why we crave sugar. It is surprising just how many people have this compelling desire for high carbohydrate and high sugar foods. These desires involve similar mechanisms engaged by opiates and the pain/pleasure centre of the brain.

Address The Real Reason For Hayfever & Allergies

Bev Dunne
Although we will often blame pollens, dust etc. for our allergies, it may surprise many to learn, that the main cause of allergies actually lies within your immune system. When we are suffering from the typical hay fever symptoms such as sneezing, watery eyes, itchy eyes, itchy, blocked or runny nose, it’s because our immune system has generally mistaken what is normally a harmless substance as a harmful one and then releases chemicals into our system which causes these annoying allergic reactions such as hay fever and sinusitis.

One of the new ranges introduced into our store recently is the Core Botanicals range. This range has been released by herbalist Paul Keough. Paul was the co-founder of the Fusion Health range which he sold some time ago. Chinese Dumpling With Bone Broth

Bev Dunne

I’m sure by now we’ve all heard of the health benefits of bone broth. For those that don’t know, bone broth is a nutrient dense stock which is created by cooking up animal bones and connective tissue. Bone broth is generally made from the bones and connective tissue of animals such as chicken, fish or beef.

This highly nutritious broth is both rich in minerals and vitamins, plus essential fatty acids and amino acids. The gelatin found in bone broth is believed to be helpful for our joint health and our gut health.

Even if you don’t suffer from gut problems or you have no issues with joint health, it makes sense to regularly drink bone broth because it is so nutritious.

Below is my scrumptious Bone Broth Dumpling Soup recipe. It is soooo easy to make and super delicious. You must try it!!
